Hello, my name is Amera.

I am a Yoga Teacher and Holistic Massage Therapist. I teach a variety of classes from dynamic and restorative yoga, face yoga and massage sessions and provide Holistic Facial Massages in my home studio and treatment space in Ely, Cambridgeshire. 

I believe in the discovery of an inner and outer balance to encourage harmony between body and mind. My mission is to help people feel more calm and confident from the outside in, with offerings that support wellbeing and nourishment.
